Re W. Teapot

Man, it's been a while…

For the past WAY TOO LONG, I've been ignoring my journals in favor of Plurk. It's not like I ever have anything interesting to walk about; my life is full of nothing happening. Buuuut. Social networking on Plurk is a little… ah, how to put it. Demoralizing? I have a lot of people added on there, but I interact with a bare handful of them. Annnd… yeah. THINGS AND STUFF. I have an inferiority complex the size of a small island, etc.

Anyway. What've I been doing lately? As I mentioned in the previous paragraphs, absolutely nothing. I mean, I've been RPing at Sabra, but even that's been kind of ¬_¬. I should really dig myself into university stuff, but… haha, hurr. lolol. Once again, I'm regretting my decision to switch to history. I'm wondering what I'm even doing there at all. If I could quit and start over as a linguistics student, I would… if only it were that easy.

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT FAIL STUFF gaaaawd. Um.

I'll be leaving Otherhome for university on Wednesday morning, and leaving university for America on Thursday at oh-god-why o' clock. Hopefully this'll give me something to update about. … Maybe. Maaaaaaaybe.

Or, y'know. Not.

So, stuff. Um. One of these days, I'll quit starting sentences with ellipses. I'll also quit abusing emoticons on Plurk. I'll also also quit procrastinating (this will be the day that I learn how to safely detach my head and use it as a soccer ball). … … Yeah, this isn't going anywhere fast. My brain's taken a hike and I don't think it'll be back 'til the moon turns purple.

Aside from all that, I really, really need to update this journal layout. The style isn't so bad, I guess, but the header is incredibly outdated. Not sure exactly what I'll do yet, but I'll probably figure something out while I'm packing up clothes and books and staring blankly into space.
